OUR POLICY: We accept Cash, Traveler’s Cheques, American Express, Visa and Master Card. 3 nights deposit is required upon booking which is refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival date. 10% Government Tax and 6% Service Charge will be added to your bill.
DEPOSITS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES:
A 3 night deposit by credit card is due at the time of booking.
Credit card will not be run until 24 hours later to allow for Air Bookings.
Remainder of the stay is due 14 days prior to Arrival.
Holiday Bookings are to be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival.
Deposits are refundable
until 30 days before arrival. If a
specific Condo is requested such as a specific condo number, a refund will
not be made upon cancellation. If a grade of Condo is reserved such as Ocean
View or Ocean Front the deposit is refundable.
DAILY MAID SERVICE PROVIDED, EXCEPT SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS OF THE CAYMAN ISLANDS
REFUNDS
Low Season:
If a specific Condo is not reserved, a full refund, less credit card charges of 4%, will be provided if cancelled
in writing 14 days prior to check-in and a specific condo is not reserved
or the lower non-refundable rate is not chosen.
High Season & Holiday Season:
A full refund, less credit card charges of 4%, will be provided if cancelled
in writing 30 days prior to check-in and a specific condo is not reserved
or the lower non-refundable rate is not chosen.
Holiday Bookings:
A full refund, less credit card charges of 4%, will be provided if cancelled
in writing 45 days prior to arrival / 7 nights deposit kept if cancelled
less than 45 days prior to arrival.
Summer and Shoulder Bookings:
1 night deposit required, 1 night deposit kept if cancelled less than 14
days prior to arrival.
NON REFUNDABLE RATE
The deposit is non refundable if, at any time, you are booking a specific Condo.
Hurricanes:
In case of Hurricane (as defined by the United States National Weather Service),
there will be no refund but guests may reschedule at the advertised rate
within 12 months.
