OUR POLICY: We accept Cash, Traveller's Cheques, American Express, Visa and Master Card. . 10% Government Tax and 6% Service Charge will be added to your bill.
DEPOSITS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES:
A 3 night deposit by credit card is due at the time of booking which is non refundable. Credit card will not be run until 24 hours later to allow for Air Bookings.
Balance of the stay is due 60 days before arrival between December and April,and 30 days outside this period.
Holiday bookings: December 20 – January 2 .A 50% deposit is due upon booking and balance is due 60 days before arrival.
No refunds if cancelled less than 60 days before arrival. (all refunds less 3 days stay and credit card charges).
DAILY MAID SERVICE PROVIDED, EXCEPT SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS OF THE CAYMAN ISLANDS
Hurricanes:
In case of Hurricane (as defined by the United States National Weather Service), there will be no refund but guests may reschedule at the advertised rate within 12 months.
